材料
- Tofu - 🧈 1/2 block firm tofu
 
- Coating - 3-4 tbsp cornstarch
- Enough cooking oil for frying
 
- Sauce - 1/3 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp black bean powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 4 tbsp water
 
手順
Cut the firm tofu into 2-3 cm cubes and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Season the tofu with a pinch of salt and pepper, then coat evenly with cornstarch.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-low heat and fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides.
Drain excess oil from the fried tofu using a kitchen towel or simply shake off the oil.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pan and cook over low heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and stir well to coat evenly.
Cook for another 20-30 seconds while stirring, then serve hot.
