Main Ingredients
- 3 sheets dried seaweed
- 150g pork shoulder
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 green chili
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 900ml water
手順
Prepare all ingredients. Thinly sliced pork is recommended.
Slice green onion and green chili finely. Sauté pork shoulder in a pan.
Add onion and stir-fry with pork. Once fragrant, add chili powder and stir on high heat.
Add 900ml water and bring to a boil. Add soybean paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce.
Tear dried seaweed into pieces and add to the stew. Let it simmer until the seaweed softens.
Add green onion and green chili, then simmer briefly. Adjust seasoning as needed.
