材料
Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
- 1 handful soybean sprouts
- 1/2 cup kimchi juice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 🧅 1 stalk chopped green onion
- 🥚 1 egg
Optional Ingredients
- 3 cups kombu stock

Soak kombu in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes to make stock (optional).
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the kimchi until fragrant.
Add kombu stock or 3 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Add a handful of soybean sprouts to the boiling mixture.
Add the cooked rice to the pot and stir well.
Season with shrimp paste, soy sauce, or salt to taste.
Crack an egg into the porridge and turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
