    • 🥬 100g kimchi
    • 3 tbsp kimchi juice
    • 🍚 1 pack instant rice
    • 🥚 3 eggs
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce
    • 💧 800ml water
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • A pinch of seaweed flakes
    • 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
    • 1 drizzle sesame oil
    • A dash of chili powder

Heat a frying pan over low heat and add 2 tbsp sesame oil.

Add 100g kimchi, 3 tbsp kimchi juice, and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add 1 pack of instant rice and mix well to coat the rice evenly with the seasoning.

Pour in 800ml water and add 1 tsp sugar. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the liquid reduces and the rice softens, add 1 tbsp fish sauce and reduce the heat to very low.

Crack 3 eggs into the pan and cover with a lid. Let it cook for 3 minutes.

Remove the lid and garnish with seaweed flakes, sesame seeds, a drizzle of sesame oil, and a dash of chili powder.
