Noodles
- 🍜 200g noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
- 🥒 50g cucumber
- 🥕 50g carrot
- 100g radish
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 pinches pepper
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce

Mix all seasoning ingredients and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably 12 hours.

Thinly slice radish, carrot, and cucumber into 2–3mm strips.

Slice kimchi into thin strips, removing excess chili paste with a knife.

Boil 200g noodles, rinse in cold water 3–4 times, and squeeze out excess water.

Mix 4–5 tbsp of the prepared sauce with the noodles and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the mixed noodles on a plate and enjoy.
