    • 🥬 1 bowl of aged kimchi
    • 🥒 Sliced cucumber, as needed

    • 6 tbsp kimchi juice
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang (red chili paste)
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 3 tbsp sesame oil
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Prepare 1 bowl of aged kimchi and slice it.

In a mixing bowl, add kimchi juice, gochujang, vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well.

Add the sliced kimchi into the seasoning mixture and mix thoroughly.

Boil water in a pot and add the noodles. Cook until boiling.

When the water boils, pour cold water into the pot to stop the boiling. Repeat this process twice.

Rinse the cooked noodles under cold running water and drain thoroughly.
