Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 1 chopped paprika
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp steak sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 2/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 💧 100 ml water
手順
Slice the tofu and place it on a kitchen towel. Sprinkle with salt to remove excess moisture and lightly season.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, steak sauce, minced garlic, and corn syrup. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Chop paprika and onion finely. Optionally, add chopped chili for a spicy kick.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables until partially cooked.
Add the prepared sauce and 100 ml of water to the pan. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors.
Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
