材料
Noodles
- 🍜 1.5 servings rice noodles
Protein
- 🍤 100g shrimp
- 🐖 150g minced pork
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🍤 1 handful dried shrimp
- 🧅 15cm green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 50ml water
手順
Soak 1.5 servings of rice noodles in warm water to soften.
Slice 15cm of green onion and 1/2 onion into thin strips.
Mix 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, and 50ml water to prepare the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, scramble 2 eggs, and set aside.
In the same pan, heat oil and stir-fry green onion, onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and dried shrimp.
Add 100g shrimp and 150g minced pork, stir-frying until fully cooked.
Add soaked rice noodles and prepared sauce, stir-frying together.
Once the sauce reduces, add 200g bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
Finally, add scrambled eggs and stir-fry lightly before serving.
