- 🐟 1 canned tuna
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🧈 1/4 block tofu, diced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasonings
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
手順
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Dice the potato, onion, tofu, and chop the green chili and green onion.
Mix gochujang, soy sauce, and minced garlic into 2 cups of water until dissolved.
Add potato, onion, tuna, and red pepper flakes to the pot and boil until the potatoes are cooked.
Add tofu, green onion, and green chili, then adjust the seasoning with salt as needed.
Boil the stew once more and serve hot.
