  • Steak Ingredients

    • 🥩 300g sirloin steak beef
    • 1/2 bunch wild chives
    • 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
    • 🧄 4-5 cloves garlic
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Sauce Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tbsp oligo syrup
    • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Prepare all ingredients.

Pat dry the beef with paper towels and marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary for 20 minutes.

Slice garlic thinly, soak sliced onion briefly in water, and cut wild chives into 4cm lengths.

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry garlic slices until golden. Reserve 1 tbsp of the garlic-infused oil and fried garlic separately.

Add sauce ingredients to the remaining oil in the pan and simmer briefly.

Heat the reserved garlic-infused oil in a new pan and cook the beef to your preferred doneness.

Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces, garnish with fried garlic, and drizzle the sauce over. Serve with onion slices, wild chives, and optional vegetables.
