- 🍗 300g chicken wings
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of parsley powder
手順
Clean the chicken wings thoroughly by washing them 4–5 times in water.
Season the cleaned chicken wings with salt and place them on a baking tray. Optionally, sprinkle with pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the wings for 15 minutes for the initial cook.
Prepare the sauce by mixing minced garlic (from 3 cloves), soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup.
Coat the partially cooked chicken wings with the prepared sauce.
Place the wings back on the tray and bake at 200°C for another 10 minutes.
Remove the wings from the oven once they are golden brown and the garlic is cooked.
Plate the wings and drizzle the remaining sauce on top.
