Main Ingredients
- 🧄 20 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🍤 10 shrimp, cleaned
- 200g spaghetti
- 🧂 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 4-5 dried chili peppers
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tbsp shrimp butter
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
手順
Slice the garlic and clean the shrimp.
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions (around 9 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and sauté garlic until golden brown.
Add crushed chili peppers to the pan and sauté for 10 seconds.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink.
Pour 100-150ml of reserved pasta water into the pan, then add soy sauce and black pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt to taste.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and mix well before plating.
Optionally, add shrimp butter or basil pesto for extra aroma and taste.
