- 150g garlic scapes, cut into 4-5cm pieces
- 🦐 25g dried shrimp
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp water

Cut garlic scapes into 4-5cm pieces and wash thoroughly.
Prepare dried shrimp by shaking off any excess powder. If frozen for a long time, lightly toast in a dry pan.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, corn syrup, cooking oil, and water in equal proportions to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat the seasoning sauce until it starts to boil, then add the garlic scapes.
Stir-fry the garlic scapes on low heat until the sauce is well absorbed. Add 1 tbsp water if the sauce evaporates too quickly.
Add the dried shrimp to the pan and stir lightly to coat with the sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
