- 1 bag perilla leaves
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 - 🧂 1 tbsp coarse salt
 
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp chili powder
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tsp sesame seeds

Boil water in a pot and add 1 tbsp coarse salt. Blanch the perilla leaves briefly.
Rinse the blanched perilla leaves in cold water and place them in a frying pan.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and sliced green onion to the pan.
Add 2 tbsp soy sauce to the pan.
Stir-fry over medium heat and add 1 tbsp chili powder.
Finish by adding 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp sesame seeds. Stir well and serve.
