材料
Main Ingredients
- 200g flat fish cake, sliced
- 225g glass noodles
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
手順
Slice the onion and fish cake into thin strips (0.5cm thickness).
Boil the glass noodles according to package instructions, then cut them into 3-4 sections.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and stir-fry the sliced fish cake over medium heat.
Once the fish cake turns golden, add the sliced onion and all seasonings except sesame seeds.
Add the boiled glass noodles and stir-fry together. If noodles stick to the pan, add a splash of water.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve on a plate.
