    • 🧅 2 tbsp chopped onion
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • A pinch of parsley powder

    • 🍑 3 figs, peeled and quartered
    • 10 blueberries
    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 🌰 10 walnuts, toasted
  • Condiments

    • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp syrup or honey
    • 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide

Prepare the dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, minced onion, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Do not mix the syrup yet.

Toast the walnuts in a hot pan after rinsing them in hot water. Peel and quarter the figs.

Arrange the salad with lettuce, sprouts, blueberries, figs, and toasted walnuts. Drizzle the syrup or honey on top before serving.
