- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of parsley powder
Fruits
- 🍑 3 figs, peeled and quartered
- 10 blueberries
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Nuts & Seeds
- 🌰 10 walnuts, toasted
Condiments
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp syrup or honey
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
