- 🍄 90g enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🌱 1 green onion, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice

Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
手順
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms, rinse lightly, and cut into thirds.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion into small pieces.
