- 🍆 1 eggplant
- 1 chili pepper
Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 💧 1 tbsp water

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
手順
Remove the ends of the eggplant and cut it lengthwise and crosswise into halves.
Dry roast the eggplant halves on low heat in a pan until they become soft.
Place the roasted eggplant skin-side down and gently mash it using a knife.
Slice the chili pepper thinly.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, mirin, and water to create the sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the eggplant again.
Add the chili pepper and sauce to the pan and simmer on low heat.
Place the cooked eggplant on top of rice and serve.
