Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 3 eggs
- A pinch of seaweed flakes
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- A pinch of sesame salt
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
手順
Chop the green onion finely and set aside.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and prepare them for cooking.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
Stir the eggs gently with chopsticks until cooked, then remove from the pan.
Add cooking oil to the pan again and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili powder to the scallion oil.
Return the cooked eggs to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Press the cooked rice into a flat bowl and transfer it onto a plate.
Place the eggs on top of the rice and garnish with seaweed flakes and sesame salt.
