Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 4 slices ham
- 🧅 30g chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
手順
Cut the ham into 2cm pieces and chop the green onion finely. You can substitute ham with bacon.
Beat the eggs well and add a pinch of salt. Cook them into scrambled eggs and set aside.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the green onion for about 30 seconds to release its aroma.
Add the ham to the pan and stir-fry until golden and slightly crispy.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry until well mixed.
Pour the soy sauce around the edges of the pan and mix it into the rice.
Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix everything together.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
