 - 🍄 2 mushrooms
 - 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
 - 🌽 1 tbsp corn kernels

- 🧀 2 handfuls of pizza cheese

- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
 - 1 tbsp olive oil

Prepare all the ingredients.
Slice the eggplant into 0.5–1 cm thick pieces without detaching the stem.
Place the eggplant slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Slice the onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp of olive oil.
