Main Ingredients
- 🥡 1 block tofu
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Toppings
- 🥜 A pinch of crushed peanuts
手順
Cut tofu into 2cm cubes.
Place tofu on a kitchen towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix chili powder, sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, gochujang, ketchup, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Coat tofu with cornstarch in a plastic bag, shaking gently to distribute evenly.
Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown.
Remove fried tofu and set aside.
Pour sauce into the same pan and simmer until bubbling.
Add tofu to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with crushed peanuts or sesame seeds.
