- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1 onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Chopped green onion
- 🧄 Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking seasoning
手順
Slice the tofu and remove excess moisture. Pan-fry the tofu slices until golden and crispy.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, sugar, chili powder, and cooking seasoning.
Slice the onion thickly and layer it on the bottom of the pan to prevent the tofu from sticking.
