- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 stalk white part of green onion
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 chili pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the potatoes into 8 pieces and soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and sauté chopped green onion and garlic over low heat.
