- 100g dangmyeon (sweet potato noodles)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 bell pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🦐 1 handful cocktail shrimp
- 🥚 2 eggs
- Adequate amount of radish sprouts
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tbsp mustard
- Pinch of sesame seeds

Soak dangmyeon in cold water for 30 minutes.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Boil soaked dangmyeon for 5 minutes, rinse in cold water, and blanch shrimp for 30 seconds.
