- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥕 5g carrot

- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 50ml water
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
手順
Slice the potato and carrot into thin strips. Soak them in cold water for 5 minutes to remove starch, then drain.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Add the prepared carrot and potato slices and stir-fry.
When the potato is about 80% cooked, add curry powder and salt. Stir-fry until well combined.
If the mixture becomes dry, add 50ml of water and continue stir-frying until the potato is fully cooked.
