Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧅 60g onion
- 🍎 60g apple
- 🥒 1 hollowed-out cucumber
- 40g yellow bell pepper
- 40g red bell pepper
Dressing
- 3 tbsp oriental dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise and hollow out the insides using a teaspoon.
Slice the cucumbers into 2cm pieces and hollow out the centers.
Sprinkle salt on the cucumbers and remove excess moisture before filling.
Dice the bell peppers, apple, onion, and hollowed cucumber finely.
Mix the diced vegetables with oriental dressing, salt, sugar, and sesame seeds.
Drain excess moisture from the hollowed cucumbers and fill them with the vegetable mixture.
Fill the round cucumber pieces with the vegetable mixture and serve as is or cut in half carefully.
