- 🐟 100g dried anchovies
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous amount of sesame seeds
- 🌰 0.5 cup mixed nuts
手順
Place 100g of dried anchovies in a sieve to remove debris. Toast them in a dry pan over medium-low heat for 6–7 minutes.
Add mixed nuts to the pan with the anchovies and toast for another minute over low heat.
Pour 1 tbsp mirin and 0.5 tbsp soy sauce around the edges of the pan and stir. Turn off the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking.
Add 2 tbsp sugar and stir, followed by 2 tbsp corn syrup. Mix well.
Finish by adding 0.5 tbsp sesame oil and a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds. Stir to combine.
