材料
Main Ingredients
- 🦀 228g crab sticks
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 10 rice wrappers
- 🥚 1 egg
- 5 tbsp flour
- 10 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 cups warm water
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Cut the crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the onion and mix it with mayonnaise and black pepper.
Soak the rice wrappers in warm water until soft. Place 1 tbsp of the crab stick mixture onto each wrapper.
Roll the wrappers tightly to avoid air pockets.
Coat the rolls in flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Fry the rolls in 180°C oil until golden brown on both sides.
Place the fried rolls on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Serve the rolls with ketchup on a plate for presentation.
