- 3 tbsp corn starch
- 🧀 50g mozzarella cheese
- 🧂 1/8 tsp salt
Syrup
- 2 tbsp condensed milk

Drain the canned corn using a strainer to remove excess liquid.
Mix the drained corn with corn starch and salt in a bowl.
Heat a pan with enough oil over medium-high heat.
Spread the corn mixture evenly in the pan and cook on high heat.
Add mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the corn mixture.
Flip the pancake once one side is golden brown and press down lightly.
Cook both sides until golden brown and cheese forms a crispy crust.
Serve with grated Grana Padano cheese and drizzle or dip in condensed milk as desired.
