- 1 sheet ripe kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
手順
Slice the fish cake into 1cm thick strips. Use fish cakes with higher fish content for better flavor.
Blanch the fish cake in boiling water for 10 seconds, then drain and remove excess water.
Wash the ripe kimchi to remove excess seasoning, squeeze out as much water as possible, and slice into similar sizes as the fish cake.
