材料
Chicken Wings
- 🍗 20 chicken wings
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 🥔 2 medium-sized potatoes
Chive Salad
- 30g chives
- 🧄 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp plum syrup
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
Cola Braising Sauce
- 🥤 500ml cola
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger juice or powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Soak chicken wings in rice water or milk to remove odor. Wash thoroughly and marinate with rice wine and herb salt for 30 minutes.
Cut potatoes into large chunks and set aside.
Blanch the marinated chicken wings in boiling water, then rinse under cold water.
Combine all braising sauce ingredients (except sesame seeds and black pepper) in a pan. Add potatoes and chicken wings, then simmer until the sauce thickens and glazes the ingredients.
Turn off the heat, mix in black pepper, and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Wash chives and cut into 4-5cm lengths.
Mix chive salad dressing ingredients in a bowl. Toss chives with the dressing right before serving.
