Essential Ingredients
- 200g canned cockles
- 150g glass noodles
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 20g chives
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- a small amount of cooking oil
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chicken powder
- 💧 2 cups water
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- a small amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of black pepper
手順
Slice the onion and garlic. Cut the green onion and chives into 5cm pieces.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and chili oil, then stir-fry the garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add the seasoning ingredients and glass noodles.
Add the canned cockles and stir-fry until well combined. Finally, add the chives and lightly stir-fry before serving.
