手順
Place 2 packs of clams in a bowl, add 1 tbsp salt, cover, and let them soak for about 1 hour to remove sand. Rinse thoroughly afterward.
While the clams are soaking, prepare other ingredients. Slice the radish thinly, cut the green and red chili peppers diagonally after removing seeds, and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Fill a pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the radish slices to the boiling water.
Add the clams and 1 tsp salt to the pot. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary.
Once the clams open, add 1 tsp minced garlic, green chili pepper, and red chili pepper.
Finish by adding the chopped green onion, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 10 seconds.
