In a bowl, beat the egg and gradually add sugar while mixing. Then, slowly add oil and milk, mixing vigorously.
Add the mashed sweet potato to the mixture and mix well. Sift the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and salt) twice and fold them into the batter.
Pour the batter into muffin tins. Mix the topping sugar and cinnamon powder, then sprinkle over the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 205°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.
