Gimbap Ingredients
- 3 sheets gimbap seaweed
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seafood
- 🦑 1 large squid
Vegetables
- 1/3 radish
Rice Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
Radish Pickling
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp kelp stock
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp minced shrimp paste
手順
Cook rice with a piece of kelp until fluffy.
Mix cooked rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Let it cool.
Cut seaweed sheets in half and roll small portions of rice into them. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cut radish into large wedges and pickle with vinegar, sugar, and salt for at least an hour.
Clean squid, score the inside, and blanch in boiling water.
Mix chili powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and kelp stock to make the seasoning. Toss squid with the seasoning.
Drain pickled radish and mix with remaining seasoning and minced shrimp paste.
Arrange gimbap, seasoned squid, and radish on a plate and serve.
