    • 4 tbsp steak sauce
    • 2 tbsp ketchup
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp mustard sauce
    • 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of pepper

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pat the beef dry with a paper towel, cut into 3cm cubes, and marinate with olive oil, garlic slices, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes.

Cut green chili, red bell pepper, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic into thin pieces and halve the mushrooms. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Heat butter in a pan, add garlic slices and beef, and cook until the beef's surface is browned.

Add the prepared vegetables to the pan, stir-fry for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper, then add the sauce and mix well. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
