- 🥚 4 eggs
- 1 handful of chives
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
手順
Whisk 4 eggs with cooking wine and salt. Wash and chop chives into 3–4 cm pieces.
Mix the whisked eggs with the root parts of the chives.
Heat a pan with vegetable oil and pour in the egg mixture. Stir gently with chopsticks.
When the eggs are about 1/3 cooked, add the remaining chives and stir quickly. Adjust seasoning with salt or oyster sauce if needed.
Once the eggs are softly cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
