Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🦀 3-4 crab sticks
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 50g white part of green onion
- 🥕 20g diced carrot
- 1/4 bell pepper
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch pepper
手順
Prepare all ingredients by dicing carrots, bell pepper, and slicing the white part of the green onion.
Tear crab sticks into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the white part of the green onion on high heat for 2 minutes to create aromatic green onion oil.
Add diced carrots and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry on high heat for another 2 minutes.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan, crack the eggs into the empty space, and scramble them until cooked.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the vegetables.
Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry on low heat until the rice is evenly broken up and mixed.
Season the rice with oyster sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, then stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute.
Add the torn crab sticks and stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
Transfer the fried rice to a serving dish and enjoy.
