- 🍗 200-300g chicken thigh
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- Small amount of pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧅 1/4 onion
手順
Score the chicken thigh or use scissors to make small cuts.
Sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken skin-side down first.
Flip the chicken and cook the meat side. Avoid overcooking the meat to maintain tenderness.
Remove the cooked chicken and place it on a plate.
Finely chop the onion.
Use the remaining oil in the pan to sauté the onion.
Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and cooking wine to the sautéed onion. Adjust with water if needed.
Pour the sauce over the chicken steak and serve.
