- 🧈 1 block firm tofu
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 2 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
手順
Slice the tofu into thin pieces and press with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden and slightly crispy.
Add a little oil to the pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic over low heat.
Add 3 tbsp water to the pan and mix in all seasonings except sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and stir-fry until coated. Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve the stir-fried tofu over warm rice for a delicious meal.
