- 🍅 4 tomatoes
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧀 4 tsp parmesan cheese
- 🥛 4 tsp heavy cream
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
手順
Wash 4 tomatoes and prepare them.
Cut off the top of each tomato to create a lid.
Scoop out the seeds and pulp from inside the tomatoes.
Place the hollowed tomatoes upside down on a paper towel for 15 minutes.
Season the inside of the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Crack one egg into each tomato and top with 1 tsp of heavy cream and 1 tsp of parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes.
