  • Vegetables

    • 10 cabbage leaves
    • 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped

    • 1 tbsp ginger wine
    • A dash of ground pepper

    • 2-3 tbsp glutinous rice flour

Prepare the ground pork by placing it on a paper towel to remove excess blood. Do this 30 minutes in advance.

Chop the green onion and trim the hard white parts of the cabbage leaves.

Mix the ground pork with all ingredients except the glutinous rice flour. Knead until sticky and well combined.

Steam the cabbage leaves for 2-3 minutes until softened. Rinse under cold water and gently squeeze out excess moisture.

Dust the inside of each cabbage leaf with glutinous rice flour, add the pork mixture, and roll tightly.

Steam the cabbage rolls for about 10 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
