Vegetables
- 🥬 2 handfuls napa cabbage
 - 🧅 1 handful green onion
 
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
 - 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
 - 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
 
Broth
- 800 ml anchovy broth
 
手順
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Pour 800 ml of anchovy broth into a pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, dissolve 1 tbsp of doenjang into the broth.
Add 1 clove of minced garlic to the soup and reduce to medium heat.
Add the napa cabbage and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Skim off any foam that forms.
Add 1 handful of green onion and continue to simmer.
Stir in 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes and let the soup boil for a few more minutes before serving.
