- 600g pork shoulder

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine

手順
Cut the aged kimchi into bite-sized pieces, avoiding overly small cuts.
Slice the onion and green onion into large chunks and set aside.
Combine the kimchi, pork shoulder, minced garlic, black pepper, corn syrup, and soy sauce in a pot and mix thoroughly.
Add enough water to just cover the kimchi and pork. Bring to a boil, then add cooking wine and reduce to medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the sliced onion and green onion on top of the simmering mixture and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
