Main Ingredients
- 🥬 1/2 head aged kimchi
- 🥓 3 strips pork belly
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 3 cups anchovy stock
Meat Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
手順
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Season the pork belly with garlic, ginger wine, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate while preparing the kimchi.
Spread the aged kimchi in a dish and place two pieces of marinated pork belly on top.
Arrange the rolled kimchi and pork belly in a pot, pour 3 cups of anchovy stock, and bring to a boil.
Reduce to low heat and add soy sauce, cooking wine, brown sugar, and chili powder. Simmer for 20–30 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
