Main Ingredients
- 200g beef
- 🥔 2 potatoes
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- a pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Cooking Oil
- 3 tbsp cooking oil

- 🧅 1 stalk green onion

- 1/2 cup water

Marinate 200g beef with soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, plum extract, corn syrup, pepper, and minced garlic for a while.
Peel and slice 2 potatoes into 1–1.5cm thick half-moon shapes, then soak them in water to remove starch.
Heat a pan with 3 tbsp cooking oil, slice the white part of the green onion diagonally, and sauté until fragrant.
Remove the sautéed green onion, add drained potatoes to the pan, and stir-fry on medium-low heat.
Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry with the potatoes until the beef is cooked and the potatoes absorb the seasoning.
Pour 1/2 cup water into the bowl used for marinating beef, mix, and add to the pan.
Cover the pan and simmer until the potatoes are soft and fully cooked.
Slice the green part of the green onion diagonally, add to the pan, and stir-fry briefly to finish.
