- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1/2 bunch green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of ginger powder (optional)

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, mirin, sugar, minced garlic, corn syrup, pepper, and optional ginger powder.
Lightly sear the beef brisket in a pan, flipping once. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and green onion until the onion turns translucent.
Add the seared beef and prepared sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.
Serve rice on a plate, top with the beef stir-fry, and finish with a fried egg.
