- 4 tbsp cooking wine

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and remove the tails if desired for a cleaner look.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, sugar, red pepper paste, minced garlic, and cooking wine in equal amounts (4 tbsp each). Add 5 tbsp red pepper powder, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Slice the vegetables: onion into 1 cm thick slices, green onion into long pieces, perilla leaves, and king oyster mushroom.
Layer the bean sprouts at the bottom of a pot, followed by green onion, onion, pork belly, perilla leaves, and the prepared seasoning.
Cook over medium heat until the bean sprouts release moisture and the ingredients start to shrink. Stir and mix well.
Add sliced chili peppers for a spicy kick, adjusting the quantity to taste.
Cook until the bean sprouts are slightly wilted but still crunchy. Serve hot with rice or as a side dish.
