- 1 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 10 perilla leaves
- 1 king oyster mushroom
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1.5 tbsp cooking wine

Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and cooking wine in a 1:1:1:1 ratio.
Spread bean sprouts evenly on the bottom of a wok or deep pan.
Cut the green onion into large pieces and slice the onion and mushroom thinly. Add them to the pan.
Cut the pork belly into shorter pieces if necessary and add to the pan.
Slice the perilla leaves thinly and add them to the pan.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients and stir-fry over medium heat.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds on top before serving.
